These terms set out how you may use perkasaindo.com, the editorial site we run from Bandung. Read them before you rely on anything published here.
Effective 12 October 2026. This page describes the current version of the agreement between you and Perkasa Indo Wellness, Jl. Diponegoro No. 27, Citarum, Bandung Wetan, Bandung, 40115.
Purpose of the Site
Applies to every page hosted on perkasaindo.com, including guides, comparison tables and reference notes.
This website is an editorial resource about natural supplements for men, vitamins and minerals for men, capsule formats and label reading. We publish explanations, comparisons and background material so that an adult reader in Indonesia can understand what a product listing actually says before deciding anything for themselves.
It is an informational site. We do not sell goods, take orders, arrange deliveries or provide any kind of professional service through these pages. Any product or brand name that appears in our articles is referenced descriptively, to explain a format, an ingredient list or a category of healthy lifestyle products. Naming a brand does not make us a seller, a reseller or a partner of that brand.
Because our pages describe popular products for men and how their labels are structured, prices and availability mentioned in passing may differ from what you see in a shop. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation or a reservation.
Three common formats we describe on this site: clear capsules, coated tablets and gummy cubes.
Editorial only
We describe ingredient labelling and product formats. We do not sell, quote, ship or reserve anything listed in our articles.
No individual recommendation
Our pages explain categories. They do not tell a specific reader what to take, how much, or for how long.
Independent checks

A guide about vitamins and minerals for men can explain what a nutrient is, how a label lists it, and how capsule and tablet formats differ. It cannot know your history, your current routine, or how anything interacts with what you already do. That is why the pages stop at description.

Acceptable Use
Read the pages, link to them, and quote short extracts with a clear credit back to perkasaindo.com. That kind of use is welcome and needs no permission from us.
What we ask you not to do is copy whole articles or large sections and republish them as your own, or run automated collections that pull pages faster than the site can serve them to everyone else. Bulk scraping, mirroring and rehosting our material all fall outside acceptable use.

Ownership on this site is split into two groups: what we wrote, and what other people own.
The text, structure, comparison layouts and original material on this site belong to Perkasa Indo Wellness unless a page says otherwise. That includes the way our guides are organised and the descriptive copy you are reading now.
Brand names, product names and retailer names referred to across our pages remain the property of their respective owners. We mention them so a reader can recognise which item a description refers to. Their appearance here does not mean we are affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of those owners, and nothing on this site hands you a licence to use someone else's marks.
If you believe material published here misuses a mark or a passage you own, contact us with the page address and the detail that concerns you. We look at those messages first.
Accuracy and Changes
Described
Product categories, formats and how ingredient panels are laid out on Indonesian packaging.
Reviewed
Pages are revisited when a listing changes or when a reader points out something that no longer matches.
Can drift
Retail assortments change between our reviews, so a detail can be out of date the week after we publish.
Corrections
Send the page address and what is wrong to [email protected]. We work through them in priority order.
We aim to describe products and categories accurately, and we would rather mark a page as under review than leave a wrong detail standing. Even so, we cannot promise that every page reflects the current state of any product or retailer on the day you read it.

Some pages point to retailer listings, reference articles and other outside material so a reader can check a detail at its source.
What we control
Only these pages. We do not run, maintain or influence the sites we link to, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Once you leave
Following an external link is at your own risk. The terms and privacy practices of that site apply from the moment our pages close.
Two independent checks have to agree before a claim about a product listing is worth repeating: what the packaging states, and what the seller confirms. Our pages try to keep those two in view at once.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Perkasa Indo Wellness is not liable for losses that arise from using this site or from relying on information published on it. That includes decisions a visitor makes about buying a product after reading a description here.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indonesian law. Where a rule of law gives you a right that cannot be set aside by agreement, those terms do not override it.
Changes to These Terms
What can change
We may revise these terms when the site's content, structure or legal requirements change. That covers new sections, retired pages and updates to how we describe our role.
What it means for you
The effective date at the top of this page shows the version in force. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
Significant changes are reflected on this page rather than hidden in a separate notice. If a revision affects how we describe the site's purpose, we rewrite the section above rather than adding a footnote.
Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from them falls to the courts of Bandung.
